Dear  valued  Homeowners and Residents, As we are approaching El Gouna Film Festival, we would like to  inform you with the  following: -   The parking area starting from Captain’s Inn Roundabout, heading towards Moods Beach, will be closed. Please be advised that, two Golf  C arts will be  available  for transportation along that road. The C arts  will be operating  from  09:00 AM  until 01:00 AM. -  Kindly note that, Homeowners and Residents in  MB1, MB13  until  MB18  will have accessibility to park their vehicles in the designated parking areas next to Moods Beach (Please make sure to show your owner’s card to grant access). Dear El Gouna Homeowners and Residents, Kindly be informed that ,  all construction  works are stopped as of the   1 8 th  of  September ,  2019   until the  27 th    of September, 2019  at residential areas  because of  El Gouna Film Festival. Please note that ,  no  entry/exit  permissions will be granted for trucks carrying construction materials/workers during that period. Moreover, kindly be advised that entry of furniture will only be allowed from 08:00 AM until 03:00 PM. However, during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies no entry permits will be given.
