Kindly note that there will be construction works downtown for a week. Expected to complete around 24th of April. 

Work shall take place in front of El Gouna services administration building along the way to building H-18

There will be directional signs and security personnel to guide all vehicles during the construction works processing.

Regulations for Entry of Goods into El Gouna

Customer Services wish to inform residents that the below mentioned items will be granted entry into El Gouna only after obtaining the prior approval of the Engineering Department.  Non Manufactured wood Non processed metals Doors and windows Paints Air conditioning units Sand, cement, bricks, tiles, pipes,irrigation systems,....etc. To permit access for the above raw materials and devices, the owner must email Customer Services 48 hours in advance.  The email ID is customer.services@elgouna.com Working hours are from 9am to 5pm. Please expect replies within these hours.
