Homeowners have received the following message from El Gouna Customer Service

‘With reference to our previous sent announcement “New Utility Prices - July 2018 UPDATE”, kindly find attached the contracts that need to be signed within the upcoming 3 months.(Contracts in PDF format were attached to the email). 

Please note that our colleagues from the electricity department will be present at our customer service office, located in Downtown Building #H1 to assist you with the process of signing the necessary documents for the upcoming 4 weeks from 10am till 12pm.

Regulations for Entry of Goods into El Gouna

Customer Services wish to inform residents that the below mentioned items will be granted entry into El Gouna only after obtaining the prior approval of the Engineering Department.  Non Manufactured wood Non processed metals Doors and windows Paints Air conditioning units Sand, cement, bricks, tiles, pipes,irrigation systems,....etc. To permit access for the above raw materials and devices, the owner must email Customer Services 48 hours in advance.  The email ID is customer.services@elgouna.com Working hours are from 9am to 5pm. Please expect replies within these hours.
