With reference to our previous sent announcement “New Utility Prices - July 2018 UPDATE”, kindly be reminded contracts need to be signed by October 31, 2018.

Please note that the customer services agents will be present at our office, located in Downtown Building #H1 to assist you with the process of signing the necessary documents.

We urge you to follow the Dolphin CoC and the instructions attached. Unfortunately, dolphin harassment is still going on in the region and the Code of Conduct for dolphin encounters is often not followed, with many reports received. Such violations will be reported daily by the Rangers of Red Sea Marine Park Authorities to Red Sea Governorate which will result in court cases against the violators.
