Regulations for Entry of Goods into El Gouna

Customer Services wish to inform residents that the below mentioned items will be granted entry into El Gouna only after obtaining the prior approval of the Engineering Department. 

  • Non Manufactured wood
  • Non processed metals
  • Doors and windows
  • Paints
  • Air conditioning units
  • Sand, cement, bricks, tiles, pipes,irrigation systems,....etc.


To permit access for the above raw materials and devices, the owner must email Customer Services 48 hours in advance.

Working hours are from 9am to 5pm. Please expect replies within these hours.
