Private Parties New Updated Rules

Message from El Gouna Customer Service : Kindly be notified that the below rules and regulations, for private parties, are implemented with immediate effect and will be added to the upcoming print of the homeowners booklet:

  • A prior permission request has to be sent to Customer Services in order to communicate with the concerned departments for approval/rejection of the request, and in the case of approval, neighbors consent is a must. 
  • Outside speakers are permitted till 10pm weekdays, and till midnight, weekends and holidays. 
  • Speaker specifications must be shared for approval and be inspected by a technician from our end. 
  • Security will patrol to monitor during the party using the decibel meter.
  • Unit owner/Key holder/Tenant is responsible for requests around units proximity. 
  • Upon approval of a party the Unit Owner/Key Holder/Tenant written consent is required via email or hardcopy to adhere to the rules and regulations.

Greetings from Orascom Marine Management.   Following up on our invitation for Dolphin Code of Conduct Workshop that took place on the 26 th  of April, we would like to share with you attached information received from Red Sea Marine Park Authority in regards to special instructions for visiting areas for the purpose of dolphin watching (Shaab El Fanous, Shaab El Erg, Gottat El Dir and other sites). We urge you to follow the Dolphin CoC and the instructions attached. Unfortunately, dolphin harassment is still going on in the region and the Code of Conduct for dolphin encounters is often not followed, with many reports received. Such violations will be reported daily by the Rangers of Red Sea Marine Park Authorities to Red Sea Governorate which will result in court cases against the violators.
