Kindly be informed that due to the installation of New Marina’s Hill infrastructure, road blockages will take place as per the below:

From the 15th of May till the 18th of May 2019, the road will be blocked from Fanadir’s bridge till the entrance of Joubal Lagoon. Blockage hours will be from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


From the 19th of May till the 20th of May 2019, the works will take place on Fanadir’s bridge and from the 20th of May till the 21st of May 2019, works will start from Fanadir’s bridge till Fanadir’s roundabout.

We urge you to follow the Dolphin CoC and the instructions attached. Unfortunately, dolphin harassment is still going on in the region and the Code of Conduct for dolphin encounters is often not followed, with many reports received. Such violations will be reported daily by the Rangers of Red Sea Marine Park Authorities to Red Sea Governorate which will result in court cases against the violators.
