El Gouna Customer Service Department wishes to inform villa owners that  for safety reasons the El Gouna Electricity Department will be installing portable locks on the main electrical boards for all villas. These boards are located on the outside of the villa.  A technician will be visiting villas to do the installation in due course. With regards from the Customer Service Department.  

Dear Homeowners and Residents, Kindly be informed that the road leading to Moods beach and restaurant will have only one lane operating, as the street will be paved with cement. Please note that, the works will start  from the   13th of January, 2020 until the 25th of January, 2020 . We encourage you to drive slow and careful, so we may avoid any harmful incidents. All Dogs of different sizes and breeds must be kept on leash at all times.   Dog litter must be removed by the dog owner for general hygiene and cleanliness.   Damage/abuse of common areas or depriving others from using them is prohibited. This include pets in swimming pools. Dogs barking continuously outside disturb neighbors. Owners must take their barking dog inside. 

Dear Homeowners and Residents,  Kindly be informed that works will stop starting  from the   27 th  of December 2019 until the 4 th  of January 2020 . Customer Service Informs All Residents and Visitors that Owners are required to notify Customer Service with upcoming Parties two days in advance Customer Service will inform neighbors Music to be kept indoors only; when played outdoors, please maintain the volume in a tolerable level so as not to disturb neighbors Loud music is only allowed until 12 midnight on weekdays and no later than  02:00 am  on weekends At the event of neighbors complaining, owners will be asked to kindly put the volume down In the event of violation of the above, El Gouna Management will take measures to protect the community’s rights. Official Announcement Dear Homeowners and Residents,  In the light of the construction works taking place in Cyan’s project, kindly be informed that the main road of Ancient sands, shown below in red, will be closed effective  from tomorrow   9th of December 2019  until November 2020.  Please note that, the alternative road will be  Um Jammer Road, as displayed in green in the above map.
