Kindly be informed that there will be construction work to connect Joubal Lagoon with the lagoon of the new project Fananeen Island as shown in the attached picture. Therefore, the Mangroovy Road will be closed, starting from Wednesday, May 23 rd , 2018 for 15 days. For easy access to Mangroovy Residence and the Kite Stations; the Marina Route, passing by Fanadir and Mosaique Hotel, is the best alternative.

With reference to the previously set supervision fee for works that are being carried out by subcontractors, kindly be informed that Customer Services have received several comments from our valued owners concerning this matter. Therefore, we would like to inform you that Management has decided to waive the supervision fee for internal works  ONLY .  However, the Insurance fee still applies.
