Kindly be informed that the Information Center, located next to Bestway Supermarket Downtown, will be closed as of March 1st.  They will now handle all inquiries out of their new location. Please visit them at their new Customer Service office, located in Downtown, Building H1, in front of the CIB Bank. Also, please feel free to call them on 16650 from your mobile, landline or inside El Gouna through the extension number. As a result, El Gouna landline numbers 065358 0521  /22/23/24/25/26 will be automatically diverted to Call Center number 16650.  A recorded message will inform the caller before transferring the call. As of Sunday, April 1st, 2018 the above mentioned landline numbers will no longer be in service.

West Golf Entrance Electronic Gate In line with  continuous efforts to maintain and further improve general services in El Gouna, El Gouna Customer Services are glad to announce the launch of the  trial  phase of the new electronic security gates, which will  start on Sunday, February 18th, 2018 . The trial period will be one month. For the moment, the new system has been installed at the gates of South Marina, Hill and West Golf/Sabina. Please note that throughout the trial period, our security team will still be present at the gates to assist you, in case you have not received your card yet or face problems while using the new system. Kindly be informed that each owner of the Hill, South Marina and Sabina areas will receive two access cards, which can be collected from our new customer service office, located in Downtown Building H1 as of  Saturday, February 10th, 2018 . Moreover, owners have received an electronic gate instruction guide by email in PDF format

Orascom has produced a guide for owners.  It includes updated information on: Homeowner's Card discounts at hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, activities Orascom real estate offices El Gouna Rules and Regulations Electricity & Water prices El Gouna app There is also a similar booklet for long-term renters.
