Kindly be informed that due to the heavy traffic that we commonly experience during public holidays at El Gouna's main gates, it is our pleasure to inform you that both Industrial and Bostan gates are open for use during such busy times, and this applies to El Gouna Owners and residents Please ensure to keep your Owner/ Resident cards with you whilst using this gate, as Security personnel will need to see them. El Gouna Customer Service has stipulated in its weekly newsletter the following rules and regulations regarding p rivate parties: Owners are required to notify Customer Service with upcoming parties two days in advance. Customer Service will inform neighbors. Music to be kept indoors. If must be outdoors, then music to be kept at a tolerable level so not to disturb neighbors.  Loud music is only allowed until midnight on weekdays. On weekends no later than 2am.  In the event of neighbours complaining, music volume must be lowered.  In the event of violation of the above El Gouna management will take measures to protect the community’s rights.  We highly appreciate your cooperation.  Gouna Customer Service

Dear El Gouna Homeowners and Residents, We would like to inform you that due to the upcoming holiday season,  all your internal and external works must be stopped  from Friday, December 21 st , 2018 till Friday, January 11 th , 2019 . Please note that no construction materials and/or workers will be allowed to enter El Gouna during the above mentioned period. Thanking you all for your usual support and cooperation.
