A communication from El Gouna General Manager, Mr. Raouf Tawfik, was received by Homeowners announcing Water and Electricity price increases effective July 1st, 2019.   Gouna News brings you this communication, as received.  Sweet Water  price to be raised to EGP 27 per cubic meter (previously EGP 25 per cubic meter, a 8% increase).  Irrigation Water  price to be raised to EGP 9 per cubic meter (previously EGP 7.8 per cubic meter, a 15% increase).  Electricity  NB Charge for Meter Reading is per monthly invoice. 

Kindly be informed that due to infrastructure works that will be carried out in the road leading to Ancient Sands villas; only one side of the road will be operating, as the other will be blocked.  Please note that the works will start  from Tuesday, 16th of July, 2019 until Thursday, 25th of July, 2019 . We kindly asking you to give your full attention while driving in order to prevent any harmful situation from occurring. We apologize for any inconveniences that may occur.
