As received from El Gouna Customer Services: ‘ Kindly be informed in order to maintain the services provided in El Gouna and to improve the quality of the facilities, please note that Public Services for 2020 will increase by the same rate as that of 2019.  The increase will be applied as of January 1st, 2020.  Respectfully Yours Customer Service Department’

El Gouna Customer Service Department wishes to inform villa owners that  for safety reasons the El Gouna Electricity Department will be installing portable locks on the main electrical boards for all villas. These boards are located on the outside of the villa.  A technician will be visiting villas to do the installation in due course. With regards from the Customer Service Department.  

Dear Homeowners and Residents, Kindly be informed that the road leading to Moods beach and restaurant will have only one lane operating, as the street will be paved with cement. Please note that, the works will start  from the   13th of January, 2020 until the 25th of January, 2020 . We encourage you to drive slow and careful, so we may avoid any harmful incidents. All Dogs of different sizes and breeds must be kept on leash at all times.   Dog litter must be removed by the dog owner for general hygiene and cleanliness.   Damage/abuse of common areas or depriving others from using them is prohibited. This include pets in swimming pools. Dogs barking continuously outside disturb neighbors. Owners must take their barking dog inside.
