Dear Homeowners and Residents , Kindly be informed of the updated Homeowners privileges: General Rules: Owners must present their cards to claim their privilege    Prices are per an adult person for a single use, adults  from 11.99 years onwards . Kids from 0 – 11.99 years get free accesses with their parents, but no towels.  Ocean View Hotel, Dawar El Omda Hotel & Cook’s Club adults only  Privileges and rules may change without prior notice, please make sure to stay updated through Customer Service.  The below applies to all Orascom Hotels in El Gouna with the exception of Cook’s Club & Casa Cook Daily Privileges:  Daily Beach, Pool, Gym use is 250 LE (including towel and sunbed)  (Ocean View Hotel only Duport Pool, not hotel pool, and does not include access to Vitalis) 10 % discount on Spa treatments menu  15% discount on the published room rate (internet rate) Limited to max 2 rooms per card holder and excluding public holidays a

Due to the recent price increases to Petroleum products in Egypt, Customer Service wishes to inform Lagoon Trip and Shuttle Boat customers, that new prices will come into effect September 1st, 2019.  The price for the Lagoon Trip will be increased from LE 100 to LE 125 (or 10 Euros).  The Shuttle Boat Trip will now cost LE 25 each way.  For more information please call 16650 and select option 3.  Regards El Gouna Customer Service

Dear El Gouna Home Owners & Residents, According to the Red Sea Governor Decree no. 23 in 1995, all Jet skis regardless of its size or type are completely banned and restricted in the Red Sea coast. Hence, this Government Decree applies to all lagoons and beaches in El Gouna. Furthermore, small size boat motors should not speed more than 6 knots per hour inside the lagoon. Thus, the lagoons will be monitored and supervised by coast Guards in addition to our Security patrol to ensure the implementations of the Government Decree are applied. Your full cooperation will be highly appreciated. Dear Homeowners and Residents, Kindly be informed that a retail committee convenes every two weeks to discuss different business proposals received through  Business@elgouna.com    and reverts with feedback.  Emails sent on  Business@elgouna.com    are received by all retail committee members before being collectively discussed. And in our efforts to promote and further enrich the artistic scenes in El Gouna, we would highly appreciate if you would share relevant ideas and potential initiatives/activities with our retails committee through  Business@elgouna.com .
