Since we are approaching a busy period in El Gouna, we would like to remind you all of some valuable information and procedures, as well as Rules and Regulations while using non-motorized vehicles and vessels. As well as some safety procedures regarding your homes. We would like to bring to your attention some information regarding  El Gouna Rally Special 2017, starting from the 17 th   till the 18 th  of February, 2017. There will be a parade, held on Friday, February 17 th , 2017, taking place at 10:30AM, opposite the Ali Pasha Hotel. Please be aware that during the time of the parade, there will be some interference in the roads around Ali Pacha for just a few hours. Please drive safely, and we hope you enjoy the parade and festivities. Thank you all sincerely for your attention and patience, and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Orascom is proud to announce that El Gouna will be hosting the International Half Marathon this weekend. It is an honor and a privilege that the Marathon will be hosted this year here with us, and we encourage all of you to take the time to come out of your homes   and join in the fun and cheer on our runners.  The amount of guests in attendance will range from  700-1000  people, and we kindly request that you all drive very carefully on the roads, as there will be some roadblocks and closures due to the race. We would also like everyone in the Marina area to please use the Marina Parking from the hours of 6am till 2pm on Friday, February 10 th  2017, because you will not be able to move your cars for the duration of the race.  At 3 o'clock pm, we invite you all to join us at the Runner's Awards Ceremony and After Party, with a live band in the Piazza and Mori Sushi area. They will be placing sheets of papers with numbers on walls around town. Please refrain from tampering with or removing them, for they belong to the survey. Notice to all Residents, Kindly be informed that due to the heavy traffic of stray dogs in El Gouna, actions have been taken to secure as many stray dogs as possible starting from the Fanadir area. El Gouna along with El Gouna Stars volunteers, will be relocating the dogs in a very humanely manner to the El Gouna Farm. We are therefore asking for your support regarding this matter.  Please refrain from feeding or attending to the dogs in any way, in order to ensure a smooth relocation and avoid any further disturbances.
