Customer Service Informs All Residents and Visitors that Owners are required to notify Customer Service with upcoming Parties two days in advance Customer Service will inform neighbors Music to be kept indoors only; when played outdoors, please maintain the volume in a tolerable level so as not to disturb neighbors Loud music is only allowed until 12 midnight on weekdays and no later than  02:00 am  on weekends At the event of neighbors complaining, owners will be asked to kindly put the volume down In the event of violation of the above, El Gouna Management will take measures to protect the community’s rights. Non-manufactured wood Non-processed metals Doors and windows Paints Air conditioners Sand, cement, bricks, tiles, pipes, irrigation system… etc. To permit access for above raw materials and devices, Owner must send a request by E-Mail to   customer.services@elgouna.com
