Kindly be informed that due to the adjustments in the Downtown area, the road behind Ebaid supermarket will be closed as of  Wednesday, August 29th, 2018  until the works are finalized. Please note that cars will not be allowed to use the parking spaces in the mentioned area . As per above map, kindly use the alternative road underneath the Downtown bridge for cars and the right side of the bridge for buses. Homeowners have received the following message from El Gouna Customer Service ‘With reference to our previous sent announcement “New Utility Prices - July 2018 UPDATE”, kindly find attached the contracts that need to be signed within the upcoming 3 months.( Contracts in PDF format were attached to the email).  Please note that our colleagues from the electricity department will be present at our   customer service office, located in Downtown Building #H1 to assist you with the process of signing the necessary documents for the upcoming 4 weeks  from 10am till 12pm .
