Customer Service Informs All Residents and Visitors that
  • Owners are required to notify Customer Service with upcoming Parties two days in advance
  • Customer Service will inform neighbors
  • Music to be kept indoors only; when played outdoors, please maintain the volume in a tolerable level so as not to disturb neighbors
  • Loud music is only allowed until 12 midnight on weekdays and no later than 02:00 am on weekends
  • At the event of neighbors complaining, owners will be asked to kindly put the volume down
  • In the event of violation of the above, El Gouna Management will take measures to protect the community’s rights. We highly appreciate your cooperation.

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm.
