Dearest El Gouna Homeowners,

We would like to inform you that in our continued efforts to maintain and further improve the relationship between Owners and Management, a general meeting organized by Gouna United Owners Club, will be held on Saturday, November 26th, 2016, at The Culturama of El Gouna Library, commencing at 11:00 am.
The meeting will be open to discussions allowing Owners to exchange information and get to know each other better, as well as outline the success achieved so far in addressing issues through effective collaboration with El Gouna Management.

All owners of private properties in El Gouna are invited to attend.

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm. An Interesting German Book on Hurghada's History
