In an attempt to provide homeowners, residents and hotel guests with additional services, and give the chance to enjoy more sports, and since the Africa Cup of Nations “CAN Championship” is starting Jan 17 and for the duration of one month, kindly be informed that in addition to the already existing BEIN Sports channels, orascom have added BEIN Sport Max 1 “Arabic”, which will be airing this Championship.

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm.
