The Customer Service Team wishes you all a Happy Easter and would like to inform you that due to the Easter holiday season, all construction works should be stopped from Thursday, 5th of April, 2018 till Saturday, 14th of April, 2018.

Please note that, no materials/workers will be allowed to enter El Gouna during this period.

Starting from Sunday, 15th of April, 2018, construction work will operate according to regular working hours.

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm. Since we are approaching a busy period in El Gouna, we would like to remind you all of some valuable information and procedures, as well as Rules and Regulations while using non-motorized vehicles and vessels. As well as some safety procedures regarding your homes. We would like to bring to your attention some information regarding  El Gouna Rally Special 2017, starting from the 17 th   till the 18 th  of February, 2017. There will be a parade, held on Friday, February 17 th , 2017, taking place at 10:30AM, opposite the Ali Pasha Hotel. Please be aware that during the time of the parade, there will be some interference in the roads around Ali Pacha for just a few hours. Please drive safely, and we hope you enjoy the parade and festivities. Thank you all sincerely for your attention and patience, and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
