Kindly be informed, that all construction works should be stopped from Thursday, June 14th, 2018 till Monday, June 18th, 2018, due to the upcoming public holiday and events happening in El Gouna.

Please note that, no materials/workers will be allowed to enter El Gouna during this period.

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm.
