Orange Free WiFI and New Office Announcement

Dear All,

It is our pleasure to announce a major enhancement to Orange free Wi-Fi internet setup all across El Gouna (in the public areas of Marina and Downtown) to enable better performance and upgrade the speed limits. 

In order to use this Wi-Fi network “Orange Wi-Fi Free”, no credentials needed, you will login once and enjoy free internet.

Following this upgrade in Orange Free Wi-Fi service, we would love to hear your feedback about the performance and speed. Please email us your rating (customer.services@elgouna.com) for the overall satisfaction with the service on a scale from 0 to 10, given 0 is Highly dissatisfied and 10 is Highly satisfied.

And with reference to our previous sent announcement concerning the temporary closure of the Orange office, kindly be informed that effective today, September 17th, 2018, they will start operating at their new office, located in Abu Tig Marina beside Bestway Supermarket.
