In the past couple of days we received some complains of owners visitors delayed at entry gate to ElGouna due to the tight security check during the film festival week.

In order to avoid this from reoccurring to any of your valued home visitors, kindly send us the visitors names and ID numbers to the customer services email customer.services@elgouna.com during our daily working hours from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm, in order to facilitate their entry and avoid any delays

For any unplanned visits after our working hours, please get in contact with our security department on 01200000911 or through ElGouna call center 16650.
