Construction Stoppage During Upcoming Public Holidays

Dear El Gouna Homeowners and Residents,

Kindly be informed, that all construction works are stopped as of  April 24th till Sunday May 4th, 2019 at residential areas due to the public holidays and events taking place in El Gouna.

Please note that no permission will be granted for trucks carrying construction materials/workers to enter El Gouna during this period.

This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm.
