Dear Homeowners and Residents,

Kindly be informed of the updated Homeowners privileges:

General Rules:

  • Owners must present their cards to claim their privilege  
  •  Prices are per an adult person for a single use, adults  from 11.99 years onwards .
  • Kids from 0 – 11.99 years get free accesses with their parents, but no towels. 
  • Ocean View Hotel, Dawar El Omda Hotel & Cook’s Club adults only 
  • Privileges and rules may change without prior notice, please make sure to stay updated through Customer Service. 
  • The below applies to all Orascom Hotels in El Gouna with the exception of Cook’s Club & Casa Cook

Daily Privileges: 

  • Daily Beach, Pool, Gym use is 250 LE (including towel and sunbed) 
  • (Ocean View Hotel only Duport Pool, not hotel pool, and does not include access to Vitalis)
  • 10 % discount on Spa treatments menu 
  • 15% discount on the published room rate (internet rate)
  • Limited to max 2 rooms per card holder and excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Eid vacations, New Year and Easter.
  • Late check-out (max. 2pm) upon request and availability 
  • 10 % discount on food & beverage according to consumption. The discount applies as well during events held at the hotels (but is not extended to entrance fee or tickets or Day F&B package including soft drinks, lunch from the buffet, coffee & tea at 600 LE per person per day from 11:00 am till sunset. (not available at Movenpick) 
  • 10% on watersport’s activities in the hotels.
  • Rihanna “Water Splash” 250 LE per person, 100 LE per child over 6 years.
  • Cook’s Club El Gouna offers 10% discount on food & beverage according to consumption. 

Membership: 

  • Alternatively, for Pool & beach use, Orascom Hotels Management offers an annual membership which includes (Beach, Pool, Gym, towel, sunbed & umbrella) at the cost of 12,000 EGP per adult. 
  •  Membership per child age 4 years to 11.99 is 6,000 EGP.  
  • The above-mentioned membership applies for a single hotel use. Members can apply, pay & receive their membership at the hotel of their choice.
  •  In case the member would like to use another hotel other than their membership hotel, above mentioned day use will still apply. 
  •  Owners can choose to apply for membership only at one of the below hotels: 
  • Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna 
  • Sheraton Miramar El Gouna 
  • Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna 
  •  Labranda Club Paradisio 
  • Bellevue Beach Resort

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm. An Interesting German Book on Hurghada's History
