Dear valued Homeowners and Residents,

As we are approaching El Gouna Film Festival, we would like to inform you with the following:

-  The parking area starting fromCaptain’s Inn Roundabout, heading towards Moods Beach, will be closed. Please be advised that, two Golf Carts will be available for transportation along that road. TheCarts will be operating from 09:00 AM until 01:00 AM.

-  Kindly note that, Homeowners and Residents in MB1, MB13 until MB18 will have accessibility to park their vehicles in the designated parking areas next to Moods Beach (Please make sure to show your owner’s card to grant access). Moreover, on the Opening and the Closing ceremonies; this access will be closed both ways from 05:00 PM until 11:00 PM.

- Homeowners and Residents will have easy access entering from El Gouna’s Industrial gate. As there will be a lane designated for owners and another for visitors in order to avoid high volumes of traffic  at El Gouna’s main gate.

El Gouna Residents, Kindly note that as a further step to improve the governmental service to all El Gouna residents and to facilitate the communication channels with the governmental offices, there will be a new branch for the Notary Public Office “El Shahr El Akari” in El Gouna. This office is entrusted with registering contracts, title deeds, property sales, etc. and is an arm of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.  The delayed opening of the branch is now rescheduled for the end of April.    The office will be in operation Sundays & Wednesdays only.   Working Hours: from 8:30am till 04:00pm.
